Greetings. My name is Felia Moresca. I am a Forensic Linguist and Professional Adjudicator. I am also the Founder and Owner of Glyph & Mantle Consulting—a virtual firm built to support HR departments, legal teams, professional organizations, private investigators, and law enforcement navigating complex behavioral and linguistics matters.

In my forensic linguistics lane, I convert peculiar linguistical behavior and cryptic exchanges into defensible legal insight for perception and understanding. As an appointed neutral, I specialize in Employment Arbitration and Workplace Dispute Resolution.

My established Methodology integrates scientific rigor and clinical residency training from my behavioral science foundation in Communication Disorders with a narrowed forensic scope. The operational discipline I developed while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps (Hon.), instilled routine, intentionality, and the mandate to move with a purpose. Molded by personal challenges early in life, I channel those difficult moments, and the determination I carried daily—into robust protocols for analytical precision, data containment, and passionate oversight that guides me throughout every investigation.
